These Terms of Service govern your use of cylusmusic.com and your purchase of coaching services from Cylus Music LLC. By booking a call, making a payment, or enrolling in our program, you agree to these terms.
Cylus Music LLC offers a 12-Week Music Production Bootcamp — a private 1-on-1 coaching program that includes co-production of one track, weekly coaching sessions, a training vault, and a release and growth strategy. Full program details are outlined at cylusmusic.com.
A $300 deposit is required to reserve your spot in the program. The remaining balance of $1,699 is due in full before Week 1 begins. By submitting your deposit, you agree to pay the remaining balance prior to program commencement.
Your $300 deposit is fully refundable if, after your strategy call, we mutually determine the program is not a fit. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the strategy call.
Once the remaining balance has been paid and the program has begun, all payments are non-refundable. If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact us directly at cylus@cylusmusic.com and we will work with you in good faith.
We guarantee that if you follow the launch strategy provided, your released track will reach 10,000 streams. If this goal is not met within a reasonable timeframe following program completion, we will continue providing coaching sessions at no additional cost until the milestone is achieved.
This guarantee applies only when the client has:
The guarantee does not apply if the client does not complete the program or does not implement the provided strategy.
You retain 100% ownership of the music created during the program, including all master rights and publishing. Cylus Music LLC claims no ownership over your creative work.
By enrolling, you grant Cylus Music LLC a non-exclusive right to reference your name, artist name, and results (streams, testimonials) for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
To get the most from the program, you agree to:
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions missed due to illness or emergencies. The program timeline may be extended by mutual agreement if sessions are missed.
Cylus Music LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program. Music industry results vary and we do not guarantee specific career outcomes beyond the 10,000 stream milestone outlined above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
